Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Snap Wing offers a straightforward 30-day return policy.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be new, unused, and unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with protective inserts and tags intact.

2. Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Costs

  • No restocking fees ($0) are charged for approved returns.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Snap Wing covers the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid return label.
  • For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the actual return postage.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@snapwing.shop with your order number, item name, and reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return authorization instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item in its original box and ship it using a trackable service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

4. Inspection & Refund Processing Timeframe

  • Returned items are inspected within 1–2 business days after arrival.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 2 days after the return is approved. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@snapwing.shop with clear photos and details of the issue. We will review the information and assist with a replacement or full refund according to your preference.

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, return the current item according to our return policy. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate purchase for the new item.
